I’m using warehouse theme and the sale price is not showing. I checked the color for on sale accent color in theme settings and it’s fine. Any suggestions?
Topic summary
A Warehouse theme user reports that sale prices aren’t displaying correctly on their Shopify store.
A support representative identifies this as related to a Shopify feature and provides step-by-step instructions with screenshots:
- Navigate to Online Store → Settings → Markets → Preferences
- Disable the “Hide compare-at prices for European Economic Area (EEA) customers” setting (enabled by default)
The initial fix attempt was unsuccessful. The user then reports a new issue: sale prices now appear, but they’re displaying as the regular price while the actual regular price shows as increased.
The problem remains unresolved, with the user seeking additional troubleshooting steps.
Hello @razelsbrand
This new feature from Shopify.
You can follow these steps:
1.Go to Online Store->Settings
- Chosse Maked ->Preferences
- You will then see a setting ‘Hide compare-at prices for European Economic Area (EEA) customers’ by default this is on, if you disable this your sale prices will work again.
I hope the above is useful to you.
Kind & Best regards,
