Is this something that has always occurred on your site, or did it recently start acting this way? It’s highly possible that this could be related to your theme, have you made any changes to your theme code or added any new apps? If you’ve adjusted the code you should be able to roll most files back in the theme editor.
Before making any changes to the theme code I always like to suggest duplicating your theme. You can do this by going to Online Store>Actions>Duplicate. This way you’ll have a backup.
If you haven’t made any changes to the site, or the theme has always acted this way I would suggest reaching out to your theme developer. What’s the name of the theme you currently have installed?
