Hello. Payment for the subscription occurs 2 times, writes that the second account is connected, but it is not there!

In order to take a closer look at your Settings > Billing section to review your bills, you’ll need to contact our Live Support. The reason I suggest this is that our Community Forums team is not able to authenticate your account or provide account specific information.
To reach our Live Support via chat, email, or scheduling a call back you can head to our Help Center to create a support request. You’ll need to login to your store and enter a topic and click Search. On the following page, scroll down to the very bottom and click Continue underneath Get Support. You’ll then be presented with our available support options.
