Why isn't the Sense theme displaying my discounted prices?

I am using Sense theme, but it does not show a sales price on my product page, only standard price appearing.

In my Shopify products tab I changed the “compare at” price multiple times, they are higher than standard prices, and it never updates on my actual product page as if there is a sale going on.

The discounts are showing when i go to “customize” tab. Also, the discounts are showing in “preview” page when i put the product on “draft” instead of “active”. But never appears on the actual website.

Probably need to do some changes to the code, but I don’t know how.

Please help me out :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @Pulse1 ,

Do you install any app about price conversion? It can be caused by the app.

Without any app, please send your site and if your site is password protection, please send me the password. I will check it.

Hello @Pulse1 ,

I’ve checked in Sense Theme from my store. This shows sales price is normal.

However, if you are in Europe, You can follow the step :

  1. Go to Online Store->Settings

  1. Chosse Maked ->Preferences

  1. You will then see a setting ‘Hide compare-at prices for European Economic Area (EEA) customers’ by default this is on, if you disable this your sale prices will work again.

I hope the above is useful to you.

Kind & Best regards,
