Why isn't the Store Importer app importing mailing addresses from Mailchimp?

Hi, I just learned that I can use Store Importer app to import contacts from mailchimp to Shopify, however it didn’t work. The contacts got imported, but not their mailing addresses. Am I the only one or is this something others experience? Why is it? Thank you,

Hi there,

Which app were you using specifically? Are you just looking to import customer information?

You can do this by exporting customer information from Mailchimp, then importing customer information into Shopify using a CSV.

If you can share which app you’re using I’m happy to point you in the right direction.

Could you please try again and follow this guide? Let me know if you get any error messages or an automated email letting you know where the errors are so we can troubleshoot. This help guide covers specifically how to do it for Mailchimp.
