Why isn't the support team responding to my account issues?

Hi,

I have raised a request in July regarding account related issues and other information and have been following up since then but till date, we haven’t received any response from the Shopify support team. It’s been more than 2 months and it’s really bugging now! No one bothers to even reply to our e-mail or call us. Really disappointed with the Shopify support team as earlier it was a good experience when I joined.

We really need someone to connect with us either through the email or registered contact number.

Firstly I want to apologize for any breakdown in communication from our end. Please know that this has been noted and fed back to the relevant parties. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have gone ahead and opened a new email ticket for you which you should now have in your inbox, you will be able to get back to me there. Shopify also offers support through live chat. If you go to this page and click Contact Support you will be prompted to either login or continue without a store. Once you have selected an option you will be asked to ask about a topic. Search for your query and relevant help docs will populate as well as the option to proceed to the chat. This may suit your situation better if you have a lot of questions you would like to discuss in a quicker back to forth manner.
