Somehow the title tag across a client’s whole website is not working. She has advised this has happened after installing Klaviyo app.
Using Prestige Theme. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Its looks like there is missing tag in theme.liquid file.
Just copy from older theme version and place in current theme
