Why isn't the top menu displaying in my Impulse theme?

I am using the Shopify Impulse theme and the top menu option is not an option under the header section of the theme customize sections. How do I get the top menu to work?

Hi @andrewfrascone ,

Please go to Customize > Header > TOOLBAR > Navigation.

You just need to select the menu for it, everything will display fine:
