Why isn't Turbo 7.0.0 supporting my previous code?

Hi Everyone,

I’m working on a website that needed to be updated, we had the Turbo version 4.1.2, and videos were not playing correctly.
Now I’m going for the latest version of the Turbo theme 7.0.0, BUT every code I previously implemented doesn’t work on this version !!! It took me a lot of work and research to make those adjustments..

Anyone knows with this new version how to arrange this code (for example): From the previous version.
The goal is to have a personalized banner at the top of the website welcoming customers with their names and status.

Now if I want to add this code on my Turbo version 7.0.0 I have an error message that says:

I know I can wait before validated the new version but the fact that the old version is not playing videos is a problem. Any possibility to install a version between 5.0.0 and 7.0.0?
I use the App Theme updater.
