why partially fullfilled is coming for fullfilled orders in shopify. How to rectify that in Admin ?
Hey @chitra1 ! Can I ask if any of the partially fulfilled orders contain nonphysical products (digital downloads) or have been paid for using nonphysical (digital) gift cards? When a digital gift card purchase also includes a product that does not require shipping, the order will show as ‘partially fulfilled’. This is because the order is waiting for tracking info, etc, despite not requiring shipping. At the moment there are no known workarounds for this, it is a limitation of our current admin.
Could you confirm if this is the case? Just so I can be sure there are no other factors at play here!
