Can someone please explain why we are seeing this apostrophes in “Zip code” when we are exporting all orders?
I’ve been asking to support team but no body gave me an answer other than it is a default setting. I would like to change them so we don’t need to have it.
Did you ever have any luck finding a solution here?
Upon looking at a recent customer data export, I am seeing an apostrophe only in front of Northern Territory postcodes. All the other states are OK.
Would be good to understand why, Shopify…?
This is done so that Excel treats it as a string, not a number.
It’s a pain, but you have to remove it manually.
