Problem: In a Shopify dropshipping store, some product pages do not display product images or the Add to Cart button, while others work as expected. Example URLs were provided for both a failing and a working product.
Context: The affected products were added via the Trendsi app (a dropshipping integration). A participant inspecting the failing page noted it lacked sufficient product data in the rendered elements, suggesting incomplete information delivery from the app. The products appear to be rendered/imported from another store through the app.
Diagnosis: Likely an issue with how the Trendsi app populated product data on certain listings (missing fields or misconfiguration), rather than a theme or CSS problem.
Actions/Recommendations:
Confirm how products were added (OP confirmed: listed through Trendsi in Shopify).
Contact Trendsi support for troubleshooting and to ensure all required product fields are populated. Provided contact: support@trendsi.com.
Status: Unresolved in-thread; guidance points to app-level support. No theme code changes or CSS fixes were proposed.
I am building a dropshipping store. Some products are not showing their product images and add to cart option on product page. while some are showing even product is active and have stock.
I think the issue from way you setup app. Because, when I checked element on product not showing, it dose not setup enought information. The product on your store did rendered from another store, right?
