Yesterday I create a shopify store, and today it get terminated with no reason. I didn’t even add any products yet, they didn’t even tell me what was my mistake, why they terminated my account.
Hi Abdulqudus my Shopify website was terminated after being opened for a few weeks and making my first sale. I received an email explaining the termination reason which was for verification purposes. I have responded to there allegations weeks ago but I have not received any response or updates. I have also had the matter escalated by customer service and still no response. What should be done in a situation as this?
I also received my Shopify debit card with my funds on it but also unable to activate because I cannot access my Shopify account to do so.

Hey @barnswallow no I sent over everything they asked for verification of my account but I haven’t heard anything back from anyone, it’s been about two months or more now really ridiculous and unbelievable.
Their support is cheap
