Hi, Today I received an order. So It came to my attention that I didn’t get the payout of the last order. So I checked the payouts. there is nothing. So I checked the transactions. I don’t know why but the transaction status is pending. while I already fulfilled orders. Can anyone tell me what’s the problem? My payouts set to every business day and I am using Shop Pay

The best thing to check here would be the details of the last order and how it was paid for.
Could you click into that order in your admin Orders section, then expand the Timeline and have a look at the event there?
If possible, please share a screenshot of that timeline with me here, hiding any sensitive information (i.e. customer’s email or address).
Additionally, please check your Settings > Payments and make sure everything is in order with your Shopify Payments gateway, as issues with the gateway can prevent payments for orders from going through until they are resolved.
Finally, try to see if you have had any communication from us regarding your Shopify Payments by going back through your emails, or checking for a banner in your admin Home page.
Hi Lana, Thanks for the reply, I just found out that Shopify asked me for some documents that’s why transactions status is pending.
Now I submitted it, I am sure I will get it resolved quickly.
