Why was I charged $284 instead of the monthly $40 for my online store?

Hello. I got charged for a year of Shopify for 284$ on January 20th. I tried to buy the 40 dollars a month but it would let me cancel and change the option to that. I got charged the 284 and I don’t even have that Shopify store. I canceled it right after and it still charged me. Please let me know how we can fix this. Thank you.
