what is the Triennial Subscription Fee ?

I was charged this extra Triennial Subscription Fee this Jan, in addition to annual Subscription Fee.

A triennial subscription fee means you have paid in advance for three years of access to your store/account. Paying in advance like this means you get a discount of around 25% on the total bill. This payment should be instead of your annual fee, rather than in addition to it.
