Why was I charged for a canceled yearly subscription?

I vividly remember canceling this $312 yearly subscription back in August. So why am I waking up at 5am to see that I was charged $332.60?? I’m seeing that there’s no refunds in the policy so should I take legal action? I need answers fast.
