Why was I randomly charged $99 for my inactive store?

I was just randomly charged $99 on my bank statement. How do I get my money back. My store is inactive and have not used it ever?!

Since we will need to access your account to look into this for you, please visit our Help Center. Either log into your account (this option will save you time with the advisor) or continue without logging in. You can then create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. To do so, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
