Why was my access to my Shopify website restricted?

I hope I am correct in stating, that the core values at Shopify are: integrity, accountability, diligence, perseverance, and discipline, because I will do my best to apply these aspects in my message today.

My name is Fazla, I am a Paid Media Buyer and on a daily basis I manage the advertising efforts of my few clients on Facebook, Google and Microsoft.

Now I am developing an app that is called Microsoft Ads conversion tracking for Shopify. The core purpose of this app to help marketer (like me) to install conversion tracking on Shopify with ease.

For this purpose, I created a store mdfazla35.myshopify.com where I added a domain called laffani.us as well.

I created this site to test my Shopify app to check conversion datas are attributing to the Microsoft ads Interface. I will be running a real campaign once site is ready. So this site is really important for me.

But this site is currently unavailable and I can’t get access to that. I was trying to add payment method to pick a plan right after I redirected to the error page.

To be honest, I do not understand why this error happened.

Now, if I’m not mistaken, these decisions are processed by some very advanced ai technology at Shopify, and so for this reason, I thought it might be valuable to have a human being’s perspective on this.

But I was hoping, that perhaps you could tell me what triggered the decision. At this point I don’t know if I should have any hope left, but you should know that I will do my best to comply with all policies every single day, if you were to recover my website access.

Looking forward to hearing back.

All the best and love,
