My shop was just terminated due to section 4.4 stating illegal services. I sell clothing and its perfectly legal. I have already reached out to support but hear nothing?!! How can I resolve this, and is there any way to re-open a terminated store? Please help!

With regards to your inquiry, I definitely understand the need to recover your store but with such matters, we always refer you to your ongoing ticket with our support team as they are the ones handling this matter for us as well as the ones with access to such information from your store.
Please give them time to respond to your inquiries for an update as well. Please let me know if I can clarify any of this for you.

Meanwhile, can you explain if it is possible for the support to recover a terminated store? If the termination was deemed wrongfull in the first place. Which mine clearly is.
When it comes to such matters, we always refer you to that ongoing ticket/team who has dealt with the store in question.
Every situation is different which is why we always refer you to the internal team handling your account directly as they are the ones who can speak about such matters.
We are not able to access such store-specific information over social channels.
