Why was my eCommerce account canceled and how can I appeal?

Hey there,

I had some issues with some past stores due to which my account is overall canceled. It was due to some self-payments on one of my stores using my own credit cards. I tried other eCommerce platforms but they don’t seem to be easy to use for me.

Is there a way I can probably appeal the decision?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have not received an email from Shopify, you can reach out directly to our support by attempting to login to your online store using our Contact Us page.

If you are unable to successfully login to your online store, you can select the option to Continue without logging in to be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the option to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the situation you are facing.
