Shopify is a storefront, for people with poor customer service - doing dropshipping with rubbish items from China - with a poor record.
I have a legitimate business, with products sourced from Australia, with a proper return policy, consumer refund laws are adhered to - my company has never had any legal issue with a customer or company, yet you deem my business has a “level of risk”
This is incredibly stupid. All companies have a level of risk. Considering I have submitted more paperwork than what was actually required, this is absolute rubbish.
Considering that Shopify has not lost any money because of my business, and MY COMPANY HAS LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF SHOPIFY - SHOPIFY PRESENT THE LEVEL OF RISK NOT ME.
