Why was my online store suddenly marked as unavailable?

Hello everone

I’ve set up my store and it’s just changed to unavailable status after 2 days maybe in 1 day.
It was saying that this store is unavailable.
I didn’t make any mistakes even though I didn’t finish all settings.
But something has happened that I don’t know.

After numerous emails with the support team, I always receive the same response.

“your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. Unfortunately for security reasons, we will be unable to provide the details of our risk investigation. We will be unable to provide access to your site to fulfill orders, to download your theme, or for any other reason. This decision is final and we wish you the best of luck with your business going forward.”

However, I still do not understand what the problem is.
If I want to open another store in the future, I don’t know what I did wrong.
In order to avoid this situation again, what should I do correctly?
I am heartbroken that my store has been closed and I don’t even know what I did wrong.
I am new to this and I want to learn and grow, but I can’t do that if I don’t know where I went wrong.
Please, tell me where I made a mistake so that I can do better and avoid this situation in the future.

still, nobody is giving any info. And they said that I’ve effectively been banned from using Shopify.

Why?

No answer.

You’re saying that you’re unable to discuss an individual store with anyone other than the store owner, in a public discussion forum for privacy and security reasons. Till now nobody is saying anything even though I own a store.

I need to hear something which does not repeat the same thing.

What is the problem? Why have I’ve banned? Why my store is unavailable? Any info, please…

Best Rgds,

Hi, @odeecommercellc .

I understand that this decision was unexpected and it has been a disappointing experience for you.

From this public forum, our support team is able to answer general questions. We don’t have secure access to your account from here, which is why account-sensitive matters like this must be handled securely via email where your account has been authenticated.

In this case, the email you received contains all of the information we’re able to provide. The decision is final, and is covered under section 3 of Shopify’s Terms of Service.

I recommend thoroughly reviewing the terms of service and acceptable use policy of whichever commerce solution you choose to set up a store with. You may wish to consult a legal professional in your area for help with this. While I can’t guarantee that this step will help you avoid a situation like this in the future, it is still a necessary step in setting up your business. I hope you find the best possible solution.
