Black Friday week shopify suspended our online store without any notification or asking if we operate in Russia!!! One of our admins logged to the store on friends visit some weeks ago. Hundreds of orders are waiting and we are not able to reach our dashboard and our store is offline! You will have to cover all our loss! Thousands of customers cant reach us for more than 12 hours and we are not able to see orders nothing, no back-up!!! Even if you un-suspend now, it will take a week to run ads properly because all shopping ads disapproved on google!!!
