Why was my online store terminated despite compliance?

I was reached out to on 7/18 regarding listings that Austin from Trust & Safety said were not complaint with Shopify terms. Our store out of good faith removed these listings. We received another message from Austin yesterday 7/19 stating there were further listings which were not complaint. Again out of good faith our store removed these listings and reached out to Austin about the matter as the email said to reply back directly to his email. This morning 7/20 I get an email saying my store has been terminated. I never received a response from Austin regarding my email yesterday and our voluntary withdrawal of the listings he mentioned. The email said if I had taken the steps outlined in the previous email I could reply to the email directly about this matter. Again we replied to Austin and advised we took down the listings mentioned despite not agreeing that any brand violations were made, we sent email proof that our store replied to his email yesterday. I find it incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful that Shopify would terminate the account despite making requested changes and never receiving a response back from Austin or the Trust & Safety team after they asked that we contact them. I still have not received a reply from Austin or the Trust & Safety team.
