My site was shut down for unknown reasons. 30 minutes before that I paid my shopify account bill. 15 minutes later my site was closed. I would like this issue to be resolved immediately!

I understand that this is frustrating. Sometimes issues like this can be resolved by taking some troubleshooting steps, and I have suggestions for what you can try here:
- Clear the cache and cookies on your Google Chrome browser following these steps here and try to access the store again.
- Reset your internet, - network errors sometimes lead to issues like this, and resetting may help you resolve it.
- Try to access it on an alternative device - i.e. if you’re viewing from desktop, see if it is possible to access on mobile.
If none of the above works for you, the next steps would be to contact our support here so that we can take a closer look. The reason I am redirecting you is because at the moment it is not possible to look into account details via the Shopify Community.
