So i recently added a payment option to my account ( a card) and imediatly after adding the card i got chargeg with 1$ and my store was deactivated.> > I tried contacting support but nothing works.> > Did i do something wrong or is this like a verification phase?

Thank you for reaching out about this. The $1 charge is generally a test charge that will be refunded back to you automatically. As for the status of your store account, I can’t say what the issue is. Our community support team doesn’t have access to merchant account to review this.
