Why was my store deleted by Shopify?

Hi guys anyone able to provide any information or experience with this? my store only made one sale which was fine. seems a little extreme?

They provided no communication for 5 days and no noice it was going to be removed.

Obviously didn’t put in too much effort reviewing as they didn’t even fill in the insert date placeholders for their generic email.
