Back in May, I opened this thread to report an issue in the Shopify POS:
I recently checked the thread to see if there were any updates. However, the thread has been archived and no longer allows replies. I’m unsure why this is the case, as the issue was not resolved, preventing further discussion.
Can the moderators please clarify the criteria for when threads will be archived? Also, if threads will be archived automatically after a certain period of time, this makes the forums unsuitable for reports of bugs in Shopify itself, so where is a better place to report similar issues?
