That’s pretty weird, did you double check if those products are added in your collection and are live and visible on all sales channel? If all of that is okay, and still not working then share your store URL and collaborator request code in my private messages so I can have a look.

Sorry, but what do you mean by this: “visible on all sales channel?”

@Tezzo shopify provides multiple sales channel like your website, youtube, instagram, facebook and you can control whether to show them or not, so check if your products are set to be available on your domain

also can you please share this page link? may be , just may be we may need to check theme code as well

If you open any product on Shopify admin then, on the right hand side you’ll see “Publishing” so make sure it’s included in all sales channel.

Make sure each product in your “Featured Products” collection has an actual image uploaded. Also, check the collection settings and your theme’s Featured Products section to ensure it’s set to display product images instead of the default demo images. Refresh the page or try in an incognito window if needed.
