It has been almost 4 months since my store has been up. I have had many ads campaign on FaceBook driving thousands of traffic to my store. Users hardly reach up to my cart. Can you guys give me some feedback/solution pls.
I have seen people reach the cart and ready to purchase and for some reason change thier minds. Why?
Really need you guys to review.
I am on a very low budget and really need to make some sales.
The main issue I encountered is that when I go to a product page there is no Add to Cart button!! There is only Add to Wishlist. It seems the only way you can add an item to your cart is through the Quick Shop button. This is a huge issue as people may be trying to purchase and adding to a wishlist instead of directly to their cart. I would start by fixing that ASAP.
Other than that, you have a lot of great information on your website, but it is a bit overwhelming at first. Sometimes less is more! This will make your site look more professional.
There are a few things that could be improved with your shop. It is not at all focused on selling products, but on how it is configured now, it is focused on a big top text about $250 off but even that is not clear how to get that discount. And it takes almost half the page. Another focus is on videos, they are huge and again take up too much space. Depending on the screen size text in the video is hidden and just centered and cut off, So most likely a lot of visitors here just leave the site. Like @AlyssaD18 mentioned on the product page, you do not have Add to Cart, maybe some stock configuration or theme settings but those is obstacles that a lot of visitors will not bother to solve and they would leave. So just 3 changes: removing the top text, removing videos ( make them boxed, so not full width, and moving them to the end, near the footer. and adding Add to Cart should get you some sales.
Also do try to put yourself in the customer’s shoes. Those bikes are not cheap, maybe they are affordable compared to others but still, it is a big investment. And when you give that kind of money you want some reassurance. Now what they would find out about you as a seller? Well except name and logo that is everywhere, nothing much. Where are your office, address, phone, and business details? Your terms of service just have a Gmail email and that is not very reassuring. So I would not buy a much cheaper product when is not that info and not e-bikes.
It is a shame because you do have great-looking products and with differently designed and configured themes with a focus on conversion, you could get decent sales.

Yes I have just communicated this to the Theme developer. I too have as issues with the Add to Cart as you suggested. I am not sure how some product pages has “Add to Cart” while others have “Quick Shop” I did set up the store, but it is a mystry to me how the two came about.
Regarding lenght of time to reach product page. Are you saying it took you over 10 seconds to reach it? But when you tried it another time it was faster. Pls elaborate. This is very important to me.
Trust issues. That is one of my main issue. I have not made online sales thus there arent any reviews. to build trust. I do have customers who bought from the physical outlet. It seem I may have to add a review page and upload videos and comments from that sector.
Coupon. I offer discount coupons but maybe I could do more. I will check out your link to see what is offered or maybe you can provide more insite.
Thank you once again. Your feedbacks have been well received
