Why won't my art print prices update when changing sizes?

My website sells art prints that come in different sizes. I have been told by a few people that when they click a different size, the price doesn’t change unless they hit the refresh button. Weirdly it works fine on my devises. This has been happening since the last time I updates the website. Maybe there is a glitch? Does anyone have any idea why this would happen and how I can rectify it.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Could you let us know which theme your online store is using? Also, would it be possible for you to share your online store URL for us to explore?

If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Looking into your online store, I can confirm that changing the variant on product pages for artwork requires a page reload in order for it to display the accurate pricing. As I was looking into this, I did notice that the Atlantic theme is designed and supported by Pixel Union. Since Shopify did not directly develop this specific theme, we are a bit unfamiliar with the style of coding that is used.

With that being said, it may be best to reach out to the developers of the theme and bring this to their attention. They should be able to provide you with additional support and insight to get the correct price displayed on the product pages.

I did come across to finding their Contact Us page and wanted to provide it.
