Why won't my Contrado app link to Shopify?

I am trying to link my Contrado lto Shopify and the Contrado App does not show, any ideas?

I understand you’re attempting to install the Contrado app to your Shopify store. Upon checking the Shopify App Store, I’m unable to locate this app. As @jayjobaah_1 has mentioned, are you able to advise how you are trying to install the app to your store?

If you could also share some features of the Contrado app so that I can check the Shopify App Store to find an app that’s applicable.
