Can someone help me please. I am trying to add a cover image on top of the video on my product page, but it is not showing up when I attach image. I have tried everything. I have attached a screenshot. Thank you for your help.
I had this same exact issue. I use chrome, but was able to add the preview using Edge browser.

Hello! I know this post is a bit older, but I ran into the same issue today and wanted to share what worked for me in case it helps anyone else who finds this thread.
Even though I uploaded my image where it says “Cover Image,” there’s an additional step you need to take. Above that, under “Shopify Hosted Video” (where you uploaded your video), click the small pencil icon (edit). There, you’ll see an option for “Thumbnail Cover Image.” You’ll need to upload your cover image there as well and save.
