Why won't my desktop navigation menu update after item removal?

My navigation menu will not update on the desktop version. I deleted and item from “FAT TIRE”, but it will only update on mobile and not desktop. I cleared my cache and cookies but still no luck.

Desktop and mobile are both different menus, on desktop it’s a mega menu and it will update from the theme customization option.

Ok, I’m a bit new to Shopify. So, Online Store > Theme > Customization.. How do I get to the option to change the mega menu?
