My shopify admin stopped loading earlier today and I can’t access it. All I get are a bunch of huge icons and a button that says ‘skip to content’ but does nothing when clicked. I am unable to access the support chat, either. Apparently, you can’t access the chat without loading your shopify admin, and if your shopify admin won’t load, you can’t access support. This is heppen only on loptop and desrop

First, I’ve checked out the Shopify Status page, and there are currently no known outages.
Based on the information you shared, it sounds like this may be a browser-specific issue. For that reason, I recommend:

Clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. After this, completely restart the browser before attempting to log in again.

It is also important to ensure that you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on the device.
