Why won't my ecommerce admin load properly on my laptop and desktop?

Based on the information you shared, it sounds like this may be a browser-specific issue. For that reason, I recommend:

  1. Clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. After this, completely restart the browser before attempting to log in again.

  2. It is also important to ensure that you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on the device.
