Why won't my email forwarding address save on Shopify?

Whenever I try to add an Email Forwarding Address, after clicking save - nothing appears. It doesn’t save at all. Can someone from Shopify assist me on this? Thank you.

In order to help you with this, I’d need to get a little more context. So there are a few questions to consider:

  1. Does this still happen if you switch browser or device? If so, could you try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that helps?
  2. Do you have a Shopify domain or a third party domain?
