I changed my account name on Shopify from my nickname to my full name and it doesn’t change/update on the identity verification page, it says that the name on the Photo ID doesn’t match the name of the account owner. Is there any way I can change it?

Thanks for getting in touch! In order to get this resolved, you will need to get in touch with our live support team here so that we can take a closer look at this for you. Our merchant verification team will be able to help you get the correct details uploaded. The reason that I am directing you to that support link is because at the moment we are not able to look into account specifics via the Shopify Community.
