Hi, my logo from hatchful (part of shopify service) won’t open. Is says when I download it that the file is empty. Is this still ongoing issue? I see from previous posts there was no reply with solution so far from shopify?

Is there even point using this service?

Hello,

Platforms like Shopify don’t offer you direct support. They provide you with a basic foundation, leaving most of the work up to you. Of course, not everyone who wants to sell online has the expertise to handle all of this. If you’re experiencing issues with your theme, you can reach out to the developers who created it. The software developers in this community don’t charge for helping you out with Shopify-related matters. Their goal is simply to assist during their free time. If you’re constantly in need of ongoing support, you might need to seek assistance elsewhere. My aim is to give you some insight into how things work around here.

best regards,

hey @Kristina884 ,

what problem you are exactly facing, and secondly this is not activity a shopify support center, this is community, where different merchant share there problems, and yeah there are developers too working on this platform to solved minor issues. if the issues are not to be solved directly then you need to hired someone.
