why won’t Shopify accept my id? my entire shop has been put on hold for days because of this stupid issue and the lack of customer service is horrendous honestly sort your ■■■■ out Shopify make this website more user friendly Jesus

In this case, it would be best to reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.

I will pass this forward to our internal teams as a suggestion to possibly make more topics on the Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login to your online store using the Contact Us page, you should see this page below. You can select the option Money since the hold may be from the Shopify Payments gateway.
After that is selected, you can choose the subtopic Shopify Payments to see the options to Get Support and speak with an Advisor.
