Why won't my manual collections display products?

Hello, I hope I created this post in the correct section, but I would be very grateful for any reply or assistance.

So I’ve creating manual collections. I’ve added my products to these manual collection. All of the products are active with inventory and can be viewed on my store when searched. I’ve made these collections available on all marketplaces. I saved these settings. Then when I click “view”, I get the “sorry, there are no products…” message. This happens every time I try to create a manual collection, even though the products themselves can be viewed on my store, they just can’t be viewed within any manual collections, apparently.

This has become very frustrating because I’ve got about 50 collections and I have to reply on automatic tagging, so many times one item will end up in the wrong section.

I really wished that the manual collections feature worked properly. Is there a way I can actually get this feature to work?

One thing you could try is to ensure that the products in your manual collections are assigned the correct tags. These tags should match the filters that you have set up for your collections.

You could also try reindexing your store to see if that helps resolve the issue. To do this, go to the “Settings” section of your Shopify admin, click on “Notifications”, and then click on “Rebuild Search Index”. This will trigger a reindexing of your store’s products and collections.
