Upon checking the homepage, collection page, product pages, I see they are all scrolling fine on mobile. Maybe the issue is fixed already?

So this is happening after someone clicks on an ad or a QR code that we
have. We’re having a massive drop off rate after they click the ads so
that’s why I believe it’s sort of an issue with the loading.

We have checked further and we couldn’t see the issue, as when the traffic is coming from ads or QR is not directly related to our app “Judge.me”, we recommend checking if when coming from (Ads or QR code) a parameter is added to the page link https://ktwinery.com/products/mom-juice-set xxxx, in some cases those parameters can lead to the scrolling/loading issues.
