Hi I have two new wise pads and gone through all the help articles etc to try and solve issues. I still cant connect them to use. I have done everything through the troubleshooting etc and watched the help videos but still not connecting. Its saying not supported when I go to bluetooth although my wise pad says stripe when its turned on.No idea why not as it should be working. I use stripe and have no issues with this. Please can any one help as I cant get any help from the support centre!
