Thank you for reaching out and sharing your question. Based on your screenshot, it looks like you do not currently have the Online Store Sales Channel added to your store as mentioned by, @PageFly-Richard .
It’s possible you are on a Starter Plan that does not include the Online Store by default, however, you can certainly add a Sales Channel manually. For clarification, the Starter Plan is built for our merchants that wish to sell through social networking sites and apps, without managing their own online shop.
However, if you wish to provide your customers with a custom shopping experience on your very own domain then the Online Store is the better fit for your business needs.
