When I went to update the Mock-up photos and republished, the pictures did not transfer to Shopify.
I tried to delete the product and publish again…same issue.

- Your shop is password protected

No longer on a trial, have only transferred a handful of items, the mock ups and inventory will not transfer, they come over as no images/mock ups and show as “sold out”.

Same issue, and so frustrating. I’ve done everything that has been suggested: disconnect then reconnect my store, clear my cache, took the password off my store, re-published everything as new, tried a different browser, etc. etc. NOTHING makes a difference. I have 60 products, each with multiple variants and mockups, and NONE of my image files publish from Printify to Shopify. This is preventing me from being able to launch my business and generate revenue – HELP!
