Why won't my product details open when clicked on?

When I click ‘view full details’ on my products, or when I click on a product in a collection list, they do not open.

Instead they bring me to other recommendations of other products.

I can add individual products to cart but not anything in a collection list.

Hi, @RebeccaVanson . I’m happy to look into this with you! I just have some questions to make sure I give you accurate advice going forward. If you have any screenshots of what’s happening on your end that can help as well.

• Which theme are you currently using?
• Are all of your products and collections set as active and available to the Online Store sales channel? This guide has more information on including and excluding products from sales channels if you’re not sure.
• When you say “collection list” do you mean you’re using a Collection list section added to a page or are you clicking products on a collection page?
• Where do you see “view full details”?
• How are you adding products to your cart without being able to navigate to them?
• Was this working correctly before or has this always been an issue?
