I wondered if anyone can help. I have been running my site for a couple of years no problems. Yesterday i added 5 new items, they all look as they should until you scroll over the image to zoom in or click on the image to expand it. For some reason after this it then says no image? AS you can see below everything looks spot on and on the right hand side is when you click on it?

I am running showtime theme, all previous images working fine if product was added a couple of days ago.

Hello @Ellie123 !

Thank you for including the screenshots.

It is possible that this is an issue specific to the Showtime theme, but in order to confirm this, you can try and look at these products on another fresh theme in your Theme library.

If you don’t have any other themes there, here are the steps on how to add one:

  • In your admin, go to Online store > Themes.
  • In the Popular free themes section near the bottom of the page, view the top free themes from the Shopify Theme Store or click “Visit theme store” to browse all available themes.
  • Select any of one the free themes you see there.
  • Click the Add button for the theme. The theme will be added to the Theme library section of your Themes page of your admin.
  • Once you have added the theme to your Theme Library, you can click on the three dots next to the Publish button, and select Preview.
  • Go to the product page of one of the new items that you have added, click into the image to see if it expands.

If it works for you on a fresh theme, the next steps are to contact the developers of the Showtime theme, and I have a link to their support center for you here. Make sure to provide as much detail as possible when you’re reaching out to help them investigate it quicker for you.

From your screenshot, I can see you’re selling beds - do you sell other bedroom/house furniture?
