Why won't my purchase orders send after the first one?

The 1st PO that I emailed to a vendor went out just fine. The 2nd PO (and every one since) will not send. I just keep getting a message that says “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

It was literally 5 minutes between sending the 1st and 2nd. I don’t know what could have possibly changed in that time.
