I am trying to upload a theme file I recently bought and it says it works for shopify, but here it is saying that it have no liquid code, is there anyway to upload this even though it doesn’t have it or does it need liquid code. Or is there a way I can convert it.

You are uploading a wrong zip
Extract the zip you have and you will find a other zip file inside it.
upload the zip that is inside this zip.
